Booking Policy

Payment Terms

• An advance payment of **50%** is mandatory to secure hotel and transportation blockings.
• The remaining balance must be cleared at least **15 days** before the departure date.
• For bookings made within 15 days of travel, 100% payment is required at the time of booking.

Cancellation Rules

• Cancelled prior to 30 days of travel: 90% refund of package price.
• Cancelled 15-30 days prior to travel: 50% refund of package price.
• Cancelled within 15 days of travel: No refund can be initiated due to advance hotel blockings.
